New: Our kanban containers ROM | LTB optimally complement the ROM - REYHER Order Management. The containers can be easily transformed from a storage container into a transport container via a sliding mechanism and also offers numerous advantages in practical use. ROM | K Module
ROM | K Module makes it possible for you to use our logistics service individually.

ROM | K1: You record your requirements - we deliver automatically to your incoming goods department. The shelf is filled by your employees.
ROM | K2: You record your requirements. Unlike ROM | K1, we deliver to your shelves.
ROM | K3: Full service: The requirements recording, delivery and filling of the shelves is completely done by our ROM team.

ROM | E Module
With the ROM | E module you can customise the use of electronic barcode solutions, e.g. when needs vary.

ROM | E1
A flexible barcode label is attached to the front of your shelves and can be scanned when materials are needed. Ordering information is then sent via a mobile radio signal, immediately and the goods ordered are soon delivered.
ROM | E2
We compile an individual article barcode catalogue for you. Then you can scan articles needed from your office desk and the order is triggered and the goods soon delivered.

Order triggering contactless and ergonomic

ROM | RFID READER ID
If necessary, take the empty container from the shelf and hold the RFID tag in front of the reader. The reader gives a green visual feedback that the order has been accepted. Optionally, as with all our other RFID systems, it is possible to trigger a multiple order.

ROM | RFID-RACK ID
With this solution, an intelligent shelf ensures that material requirements are recorded. If the user places an empty Kanban container on the shelf, ROM | RFID-RACK ID triggers the ordering process.

ROM | RFID-FLOOR ID and RFID-CASE ID
These systems combine two process steps in one: the collection of empty Kanban containers with simultaneous order triggering. To do this, the user removes the empty container from the shelf and places it on the pallet. The systems recognise the material requirement and trigger the order. As soon as the pallet is filled with empty containers, it is collected and replaced by an empty pallet - the time-consuming repacking of the empty containers is eliminated.
