With effect from 01.07.2013 CRP 305/2011, came into force to harmonize conditions for marketing construction products, replacing Construction Products Directive (89/106/EEC). This is a new ruling on how construction products may be put on the market.

Products affected,

in a harmonising European standard are
subject to European technical assessment and/or
their suitability for the basic requirements of constructions.

These products require a declaration of performance from the manufacturer, who takes responsibility for the products conforming to the performance declared. In addition CE markings for these products are obligatory.

Below are the declarations of performance for products supplied by REYHER, which you can download from our download area. You can find the correct declaration of performance using the certificate number or the declaration of performance number on the packaging.

Continual changes in the regulations and specifications lead to ever more complexity in import and export. This makes it very important for us that our business partners are informed and know which documents must be presented at Customs for import and export goods.

Under proof of origin, certificates of origin and suppliers declarations are to be understood. For international trade, Customs requires these papers when European Union regulations or the country of destination stipulate the origin of the goods is to be proven. Details needed for information only on where the articles originate are stated on the delivery note at REYHER. In these cases no further documents are required.

As a wholesaler, we are specialists for import and export and can provide smooth processes. In your interest, of course, we provide certificates of origin when requested in the order.

In addition, you will find a page giving information on current European Union preferential arrangements.
