The SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is currently spreading every day and increasingly determines our everyday life. We are also receiving more and more requests how we deal with the current situation. The answer is, we take all necessary measures to ensure the supply of our customers with fasteners and fastening technology.
At the moment we can only report on the current situation, as further developments are difficult to assess. There is currently no impairment of the ability to deliver with our products. Our purchasing and sales departments are closely coordinated concerning current orders to ensure smooth processing. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that delivery times of individual freight forwarders might extend.
As a company, we have taken all necessary measures and have given our employees extensive information to prevent infections. The aim is also to ensure trouble-free delivery and availability. We have drawn up emergency plans for this, which are continuously update based on new knowledge.
We do not see a need for our customers to change their procurement behaviour at the moment according to the current situation. If delays cannot be avoided with individual orders, we will inform our customers immediately.
