Five years of REYHER Asia-Pacific (RAP) in Taiwan

As a traditional Hamburg-based company, REYHER is active all over the world. F. REYHER Asia-Pacific Co., Ltd. (RAP) was founded to coordinate procurement activities in the Far East in particular and to provide optimum local support for Asian customers. In addition to the headquarters in Shanghai, which has existed since 2005, an office was also opened in the south of Taiwan, in the port city of Kaoshiung, on March 3, 2018. 

The local presence of our RAP employees to the suppliers in Taiwan allows us an efficient and transparent market processing as well as a reliable quality assurance, thanks to the direct control of the manufacturing processes of our suppliers. Furthermore, ongoing projects can be closely supervised on site and technical inquiries can be coordinated and clarified by our RAP engineers at an early stage. 

The "Taiwan Representative Office" has become an important part of the REYHER Group over the past five years: "Our activities in Taiwan have been extremely successful. We were able to significantly increase the purchasing volume from this region and achieve a new record value in 2022. The signs are therefore clearly still pointing to expansion," announced General Manager RAP Thomas Haug. 

We are confident that the local RAP team will continue to grow and consolidate and expand Taiwan as one of REYHER's most important procurement markets.
