Simply ingenious! Kanban (Japanese for "small cards") stands for a simple and efficient supply system. Two (or more) bins of an item are located behind each other on a shelf. In the Reyher eKanban system, all bins are provided with bar code labels. The front bin serves as a feeder until it is empty. Then the one from behind moves forward and serves as the new feeder.
Meanwhile, the label on the empty bin gets scanned and that releases an order for Reyher via a GSM modem - error-free, paperless and with no time delay. The empty bin is then taken back for refill. Reyher has numerous eKanban versions in its supply system. That ensures the system is always optimally adjusted and always tuned to customer needs. | | In the complex surrounding field of C-item procurement, ROM (Reyher Order Management) opens substantial rationalization potentials for you.
